Sublimation requires compatible materials and works best on suitable light-coloured polyester fabrics or specially coated items. We will assess your chosen item and artwork before confirming what is possible.

Which items can I personalise?
Availability depends on the item, its material and the requested technique. Send us a product link or photograph for assessment. Please do not send an item to us unless we have agreed to accept it.
How much does it cost?
Personalisation is quoted individually according to the technique, design size, detail and quantity. We will confirm the item cost, personalisation charge and delivery charge before you commit.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on the design, materials and current workload. Tell us your required date at the enquiry stage. Production and delivery estimates will be confirmed with your quote; an occasion date is not guaranteed until agreed.
Can I use my own artwork?
Send your artwork for assessment and only submit designs you own or have permission to reproduce. We will confirm file requirements and whether the design can be achieved with your selected technique.
How should I care for my piece?
Care depends on the garment and the personalised finish. Follow the specific care guidance supplied with your finished item and check the care label.
