We deliver within the UK and to international destinations available at checkout.

Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Holidays, busy launches and customs checks may extend delivery times. For an event or a time-sensitive order, contact us before purchasing.

Shipping charges

Our currently configured UK and international shipping services are free. Available services and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout before payment. Import duties and local taxes may still apply internationally.

Dispatch and tracking

We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries and services such as DHL, FedEx or UPS internationally. When your order is dispatched, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email where tracking is available. You can also view your order through your customer account.

International customs

Import duties, local taxes and customs charges may apply. Any charges collected at checkout will be shown before payment; charges collected by your local authorities or carrier may be payable separately. Customs processing can affect arrival times.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email sales@ewalondon.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
